Fans Think Colt Would Be Terrible At New Career Path

Colt Johnson who lost his software developer job last year is now engaged to his 90 Day Fiancé bestie Vanessa & has a new “plot twist” career in mind.

Star of season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé and plenty of spin-offs, Colt Johnson is best known for his failed relationships with Larissa Lima and Jess Caroline. The Las Vegas-based celeb is often spotted hanging out with mom Debbie or his best friend and now fiancé Vanessa Guerra. But apart from his love life, it’s also Colt’s work that 90 Day Fiancé fans find interesting. However, since losing his job during the pandemic, Colt has decided to start a brand-new career, which many think might not be the best move.

What made Colt the unexpected face of 90 Day Fiancé is when he introduced his Brazilian fiancé Larissa to the world. The couple that had met online started off with a new life in Las Vegas which soon took a turn for the worst with the domestic abuse claims against Larissa. The toxic relationship resulted in Larissa under arrest not once but three times, until she and Colt finally sought a divorce within a year. Then came along Colt’s second 90 Day Fiancé love interest Jess, who again, was disapproved by Debbie and ended up leaving him when she caught him DM-ing nudes to random women. But as fans wondered if Colt finally got the air-conditioning of his car fixed, news of him getting engaged to long-time bestie Vanessa also came to light. Now fans are busy predicting that Vanessa, too, might eventually face the same fate as Larissa with Debbie eventually disliking her, and Colt behaving at his frugal best. But turns out, 90 Day Fiancé’s Colt has a “plot twist” in mind.

It was during Colt’s appearance on 90 Day Fiancé: Self Quarantine that he revealed the truth about his job. In the first episode, Colt spoke about getting a call from his boss, telling him that he was laid off, even as he continued to work from home. “Hearing that was very hard,” Colt confessed. “I have been working at home more or less for two weeks, and I still felt confident that I would have a job through this crisis. I have some savings but not a lot. I’m angry and disappointed in myself.” As per his LinkedIn, 90 Day Fiancé’s Colt was then employed with Konami Gaming, Inc. as a software engineer in the Games R&D department.  Larissa’s ex-husband has an interesting degree in computer science in real-time interactive simulation from Digipen Institute of Technology, which might not add value to Colt’s new career plan.

Colt Johnson: TLC: 90 Day Fiance

Recently, SoapDirt reported Colt has been sharing dating tips, knowing how fabulous his love life has been as seen on 90 Day Fiancé. While making recommendations like, “be yourself, dude,” and suggesting that one needs to “be the person” women need to make them happy, Colt also mentioned how he’s been busy working out, dropping weight, and filming for TLC. The mama’s boy also revealed that he has a dream job in mind. The 90 Day Fiancé star spoke about getting his real estate license and called it a “plot twist.”

Would Colt make a great real estate agent and sell properties by flaunting that signature smile he wooed his 90 Day Fiancé ladies with? Or will he take Debbie and Vanessa’s help in possibly earning more than the $40k that Larissa did per month with her OnlyFans? Here’s hoping Colt’s new job isn’t a drastic decision like his own OnlyFans account.
